PRODUCT INFORMATION

- Material: 100% Cotton

- All sizes are Unisex.

- Design will either be white or black depending on the shirt color.

- Uses a vinyl which is then pressed using an industrial heat press. It is machine washable however it is recommended to turn inside out while washing.

- Keep in mind that colors may differ depending on computer settings.

- Shirts also come pre-shrunk from the manufacturers.

* Exchange or refund items are unacceptable since we create each shirt to your specifications unless an item you received has a major problem. This is when the item is:

- Design errors/wrong order: Completely wrong design compared to information provided by customers on Ebay.

- Bad quality: blurry image/print.

- Significantly different from the description.

- Defective/Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier;

- Order was sent to the wrong address.

* Due to the lighting effect and computer color, the actual color may be slightly different from the picture, please understand.

* Kindly let us know the DATE you need the shirts via Ebay message or note after you purchased so we can support you better.

* We WON'T take any responsibility for INCORRECT address, so please check your address carefully before checkout.

- Because of high season, there are some colors runs out of stock, we will contact you if that color is out-stock. We do have extra size 4XL, 5XL. If you want big size one, feel free to dm me then I will add size options for you.

If you wish to return the product to us, our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you received the product (i.e. sign over from your local postal service). If 30 days have gone by since, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Also, please understand that to be eligible for a Return/Resend/Refund, the product must qualify as:

- Mixed up;
- Having fault on arrival (wrong size,wrong design, wrong item);
- Not as described on product page.

If we establish that the fault is ours, we'll take it off your hands and pay for the return shipping.

However, please remember that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. The highly advanced but easily-confused androids in charge of making our products won’t know what to do with your item, and this may cause their circuits to go haywire.

Our customers do not have to wait, sometimes the order would be shipped from our manufacturer to customer directly in order to save shipping time. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 1-2 days after the order is placed. Note: For customized apparel products, after you placed your order, we do printing, cutting and then sewing to ensure the design is perfect. so please allow us 3-5 days to get our tasks done then we will ship and update you a tracking number.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our manufacturer to the destination. For domestic orders, please allow 1-3 weeks from the time you place your order to receive your purchase. For international orders, the time to receive your purchase may vary depending on the country. But we guarantee that your purchase will reach you in at most 2-3 weeks from the time you place your order.
